Full Time Bail Agent – Alvin, TX (Brazoria County)

Texas Best Bail Bonds is growing and looking for a reliable, motivated, and service-driven team member to join our Alvin office. This role is not just a job - it is an opportunity to help people and families during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. If you are compassionate, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure, we want to hear from you. No bail experience is required. We provide training.

What You Will Do

  • Assist clients and families through the bail process

  • Communicate with jails and coordinate bond postings

  • Manage paperwork and client files with accuracy

  • Provide professional, compassionate customer service

  • Travel to local jails within Brazoria County as needed

  • Work independently once fully trained

What We Are Looking For

  • Friendly, professional, and dependable personality

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable working with people in high-stress situations

  • Data entry and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Ability to type 30+ WPM

  • Bilingual preferred but not required

Requirements

  • Valid Texas Driver’s License

  • Reliable vehicle for daily travel

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Legible handwriting (required for legal documentation)

  • Availability for rotating weekends and holidays

  • Commitment to strict client confidentiality

Schedule (Subject to Change)

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Off Wednesdays and Saturdays

  • Sunday shifts may be in Alvin or Houston depending on need

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting at $17/hour (based on experience)

  • PLUS $85 commission for each bond posted
